When is payment processed? Your card is charged at the time of booking for the full stay amount. For cash payments, full payment is due at check-in.

Standard cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (full refund)
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: charged for one night
• No-shows: charged for full reservation

Holiday & peak ski season policy (Presidents Day, MLK Weekend, peak ski weeks):

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
• Within 7 days: charged for full reservation

No hidden fees! The price you see at booking is what you pay, plus optional add-ons:

• Pet fee: $25 per night (if bringing pets)
• Early check-in: $20 (if room available before 3 PM)
• Late check-out: $25 (extend until 2 PM, subject to availability)

Everything else is included: WiFi, parking, breakfast, and all standard amenities. No resort fees, no booking fees, no surprise charges.

No breed restrictions! All dog breeds are welcome, including "restricted" breeds like pit bulls, German shepherds, Rottweilers, etc. We believe in responsible pet ownership, not breed discrimination.

Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. This policy protects your pet, our staff, and other guests.
