Yes, with restrictions. You may bring your own alcohol for events with fewer than 20 guests. For weddings with 20+ guests, you must provide a licensed and insured bartender. You're responsible for obtaining any alcohol permits required by Maine law. No underage drinking permitted.

We have an indoor backup plan. Our main gathering area (750 sq ft) can seat 25 guests theater-style for an indoor ceremony. We'll work with you to make the weather call 24-48 hours before your event. The indoor space is charming and cozy with mountain views.

You arrange catering. We provide two full kitchens and dining space, but you're responsible for hiring caterers or preparing your own food. We can recommend local caterers familiar with our facility. Many couples also choose to DIY breakfast/brunch and hire catering for the reception dinner.

Yes, we'll coordinate early access. For full property buyouts, we can typically arrange day-before or early morning-of access for setup and decorating. This is included in your booking. We'll coordinate timing based on previous guest checkout schedules. Most couples book 2-3 nights to allow ample setup time.

60-day notice for full refund. Cancel 60+ days before your wedding date for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancel 30-60 days before: 50% refund. Cancel less than 30 days before: no refund (unless we can rebook the dates). We understand life happens and will work with you on rescheduling when possible.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. Pay 50% deposit at booking, then split the remaining balance over 3-6 months. Final payment due 30 days before your wedding date. We want to make your dream wedding affordable, so we work with couples to structure payments that fit your budget.

Yes, we're pet-friendly! For full property buyouts, you can bring your furry friends (wedding dogs welcome!). Standard pet policy: well-behaved, supervised pets only. Not left unattended in rooms. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare pet-friendly accommodations.
